Do NOT visit our clinic if you meet ANY of the following criteria (THIS INCLUDES MILD SYMPTOMS) :
- FLU SYMPTOMS
- RUNNY NOSE
- LOSS OF TASTE
- LOSS OF SMELL
- SHORTNESS OF BREATH
- SORE THROAT
- CONTACT WITH A CONFIRMED OR SUSPECTED CASE OF CORONAVIRUS
- HAVE BEEN TOLD TO SELF ISOLATE
If you meet this criteria, we CANNOT see you in our practice and will ask you to leave if you do so. We advise calling the Coronavirus Hot line on 1800 020 080 for further instructions. GET COVID-19 TESTED (our clinic does NOT do testing - public hospitals can do so and NO referral is required). You MUST self isolate until a negative result is received.
Alternatively, you may book a Telehealth Consult with us. Please note this is only available to patients who have attended in the last 12 months. New Patients may have a fee apply.
Do NOT lie either - you are putting everyone at risk and if you turn out to be a positive case, everyone will know about it - make sure you do the right thing as medical staff are putting themselves at risk everyday to serve the community.
Wearing a Mask in our Clinic is REQUIRED. This must be fitted properly at all times.
If you have an exemption, you are still NOT allowed in our practice. It MUST be a Telehealth consult.
